Mr. Daley has a broad range of mining industry experience;  Over the last 12 years, Daley has provided corporate development, strategic planning, investor relations and stakeholder engagement services to  junior and mid-sized explorers, developers and producers with projects in Canada, the US and Latin America.

In his current role as Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator with Avino Silver & Gold Mines, Daley in conjunction with North Island College Daley facilitated 3 cohorts for the training of 36 members of the St’at’imc First Nation in “Mining Fundamentals” for future job opportunities at Avino’s Bralorne Mine. Charles is currently a strong participant in CTEM’s Underground Miner Subject Mater Expert Committee and has been engaged in CTEM’s Underground Miner Project since 2016. Charles is also an active member of AME’s Integrated Social Responsibility Committee.

Mr. Daley is a graduate of Humboldt State University in Arcata, California and is a recipient of the Award of Achievement in Sustainability Management from the University of British Columbia.
