Over his professional career, Tim McEwan has served in senior executive roles in both the public and private sectors. He has worked as Senior Vice President, Policy & Stakeholder Engagement with the Independent Contractors and Businesses Association of BC (ICBA), a leading industry association in British Columbia. Tim has served in multiple roles throughout the BC government including Deputy Minister, BC Ministry of Small Business, Red Tape Reduction and Minister Responsible for the Liquor Distribution Branch and Associate Deputy Minister, BC Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and Minister Responsible for Labour.

Tim served as President and CEO of Initiatives Prince George Development Corporation (2008-2012), the economic development authority for Prince George, BC, where he led the implementation of a strategic plan to strengthen Prince George's economic leadership role within BC and externally. He has also worked with Business Council of British Columbia.

Tim has served as a director on numerous government, industry and charitable organizations. He holds B.A. and M.P.A.
